My Approach

Unlike many Chiropractic offices that treat patients as numbers and keep you waiting forever, my office offers a personalized setting where you will receive exclusive one-on-one attention with me. To respect your time, I do not overbook appointments, meaning people usually don’t wait. You will be seen as soon as possible.

At my office, you won't be passed along to inexperienced associate Chiropractors who have no idea what they’re doing. Also, I do not believe in forcing people into indefinite treatment plans. If you're sick and tired of impersonal, assembly-line treatment and just want to feel better, then allow me to help. My passion is to help people find their health. I specialize in the techniques that I learned from my mentors which resulted in my own complete recovery from chronic illness.

As a dedicated Chiropractor with a family legacy spanning three generations, I have honed specialized techniques from my mentors to unleash the body's natural healing abilities. I specialize in neck pain, back pain, arm/leg pain, knee/foot pain, sciatica, migraines, vertigo, carpal tunnel, pelvic floor issues, GERD/reflux, pregnancy-related back pain, and more.

If you're wondering if I can help, It's as simple as this: regardless of the name of an ailment that you or a loved one may be dealing with, I believe that I can be of service.

I specialize in techniques scientifically researched and proven to work. If you or anyone you know would be interested in making an appointment, please call the office at 551-252-5202.

My Thoughts on Pain and “True” Chiropractic

My Thoughts on Pain and “True” Chiropractic

At the office, I focus on restoring proper spinal alignment and function, rather than directly treating pain. It may seem counterintuitive, but the goal is to address the underlying cause of the problem – structural misalignment of the spine. Improved spinal function often comes before pain relief. Poor spinal function due to misalignment can lead to various issues and symptoms, including pain. Pain itself is a symptom of an underlying dysfunction, not the root cause. By correcting the structural misalignment and restoring proper spinal motion, I aim to improve one's symptoms and promote overall health and wellness. Let's talk more about pain for a moment...

Pain is a natural alarm system that alerts us to potential harm. Ignoring pain can be dangerous and even life-threatening. Instead of seeking to eliminate pain entirely through medication, we should listen to our bodies and address the underlying issue. If your chest hurts after strenuous activity, resting is wiser than suppressing the pain and continuing. Just as we would investigate the cause of a fire alarm instead of disabling it, we should heed the warning signs our bodies provide through pain.

Chiropractic is not for pain relief. It is not for symptom relief. We treat function, not pain. I understand no one wants to be in pain. However, if a person is going to their chiropractor only when it "hurts", then they are missing out on the true purpose of Chiropractic. Again, our goal is to improve function.  The return of function will lead to pain resolving.
